Chilaquiles

Ingredients
- Tortilla chips
- Chilaquiles sauce, or, green salsa
- Cotija Cheese
- Red onion
- Avocado
- Sour Cream
- Garlic clove, minced
- Egg if you like.
Method
- Satay onion, for 5 minutes or so
- Add garlic, 30 seconds or so until fragrant.
- Add sauce to heat, don’t go overboard, a little goes a long way (goes soggy otherwise)
- Mix in chips
- Top with everything else.
